Atlantic City, NJ – May 2, 2007 – Speaking at this week’s 11th Annual East Coast Gaming Congress, Kevin DeSanctis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Revel Entertainment Group, announced that Arquitectonica has been named the design architect, BLT Architects has been named Executive Architect and Architect of Record and SOSH Architects has been named Associate Architect for the Company’s Atlantic City resort development project. Revel is developing a beachfront casino entertainment resort on twenty acres of land along the Atlantic City boardwalk.

As Revel Entertainment’s design architect, Arquitectonica will be responsible for the primary design conceptualization of the facility. Arquitectonica will define the shape and positioning of the buildings and develop the architectural identity that will distinguish the Revel facility in Atlantic City. The interiors, also by Arquitectonica, are a natural progression of the dynamic architecture. Some of the firm’s current work includes The Four Seasons Resort in Dubai, City of Dreams in Macau, The Gate at Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, Canyon Ranch Resort in Miami and Orchard Scotts in Singapore. In addition to these signature facilities, Arquitectonica has designed high-profile hotels and resorts, sports and entertainment facilities, convention centers, performing arts centers, large public assembly buildings such as arenas and airport concourses, office towers, corporate headquarters, retail centers, institutional and government buildings and private residences. As Executive Architect, BLT Architects will be responsible for overseeing all contributing architecture, engineering and interior design services. BLT is also serving as Architect of Record for Revel’s resort development project. BLT has contributed to the design and implementation of several successful multi-billion dollar destination casino resorts including the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City and its subsequent Water Club expansion, Harrah’s Atlantic City with its 282,000 square foot casino/hotel expansion and Echelon Place, a major destination resort being designed for Las Vegas. In addition to its extensive casino and destination resort experience, BLT has hospitality design experience with projects ranging from boutique hotels to full-service business and convention hotels such as the Philadelphia Marriott Convention Center Hotel and several high-visibility retail projects including DC USA, a 900,000 square foot retail complex currently under construction in Washington, DC.
